Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance coverage.

Shipping is calculated as follows:

$3 flat shipping fee per order
Free shipping on orders of $20 or more (excluding shipping fees)

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged in lightweight poly mailers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues or peak shipping periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

We utilize professional shipping software to ensure accurate rates, reliable tracking, and efficient order fulfillment.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once opened or used. Any item that has been opened, used, or altered in any way is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items prior to issuing a refund. Any item returned that does not meet these criteria may be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, if a return reduces the order subtotal below $20, the standard $3 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

We do not cover return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us at support@spongeaball.com within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. We may require photo evidence or return of the defective item prior to approval.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to provide this policy, order confirmation, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor as evidence in dispute resolution and to deny future purchases from customers who abuse return or chargeback processes.
