Sponge-a-Ball is a personal hygiene item. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

This policy ensures the safety and cleanliness of all customers.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is in its original packaging and condition

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and may require photo documentation of the product and packaging.

Upon review and approval, a replacement will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned beyond the return window


Refund Process

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
